Our topic this month is Needs Assessment and Return on Investment, including pre- and post-training assessment.  More and more these days, training professionals are asked to justify the time and money spent on training.  How do you substantiate the need for training?  What do you do to show effectiveness once training is complete?  Come prepared to share your best practices with other training professionals and to learn some new ideas from other internal trainers!
